Privacy notice
Last updated October 2, 2026
This notice explains what information insiderOne ("we") collects through services.insiderone.in, why, and the choices you have. It is written with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) in mind, and explains the rights you have if you are in the UK, the EU or Australia.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you submit the enquiry form we receive your name, work email, company, and optionally your phone number, the services you're interested in, team size, timing, working hours and your message.
- Context of the enquiry. The page you came from on this site and any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example utm_source), so we know which pages are useful.
- A one-way hash of your IP address. We store this only to stop automated abuse of the form (rate limiting). We do not store your IP address itself.
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it
Your enquiry is stored in our database hosted by Supabase, the site is served by Cloudflare, and our notification emails are delivered by Resend. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and data-protection terms.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. If we work together, records are kept for as long as the contract requires and the law obliges.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or erase your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Write to services@insiderone.in and we will respond within the time the law requires. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
If you are in the UK, the EU or Australia
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have rights under the UK GDPR or the EU GDPR, including access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and you may complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in Australia, you may ask to access or correct your information under the Privacy Act 1988 and complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. Write to us at the address below to exercise any of these rights.
