We learn the work, the volumes and what good looks like. You get a written proposal: team shape, timeline, service levels and a monthly price.
Weeks 1–4
Build
We hire, set up access and train the team on your processes, and document every step in a playbook you own.
First 30 days live
Stabilize
The team goes live alongside your people. We review daily, fix gaps fast and lock in the metrics.
Days 31–90
Own
We take full ownership of the work against the agreed service levels, with weekly reports and a monthly review.

Questions about the model
How long does it take to get a team live?
We plan hiring and training for the first four weeks, then a supervised go-live. Senior or niche roles can take longer, because experienced hires in India usually serve a 30 to 90 day notice period. The proposal includes a dated plan, and we report progress against it weekly.
Do we get to choose the people?
Yes. You approve the profile, and you interview and choose from the shortlist if you want to.
What happens if someone leaves?
We plan cover for attrition, backfill the role and handle the handover, so the work doesn't stop.
Can we visit the team?
Of course. Clients are welcome at our offices in San Francisco, Gurugram and Ajman.
